"At least the food actually showed up hot"
I ordered from Creno's Pizza Co and, for once, the food got here still hot, which is something I always stress about because delivery usually feels like a gamble for me. The pizza was warm enough, the cheese wasn’t stiff or cold, and I didn’t feel like I got stuck with one of those sad, lukewarm orders. The wings could’ve been a little hotter, but I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes. Overall, the temperature was good, it tasted fine, and I’d probably order again.

"Clean store, but I felt brushed off"
The store itself was really clean and tidy, so that part was nice. But when I needed help, I kind of felt dismissed, like I was bothering the staff just by asking a question.

"Pretty big portions for the price"
I ordered a large pizza and some wings, it was filling. We ended up having leftovers for the next day, which was a nice surprise. Definitely solid portions for what you pay.

"Lots of choices, which was a nice surprise"
I was a little worried it would be one of those places that makes the menu look better than it is, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of options, not just basic pizza. They had subs, salads, and a good variety of toppings too. I actually took a few minutes to decide because there was more to choose from than I expected.

"Good pizza, just a bit of a hassle"
The pizza showed up hot and tasted really good, so I was happy with that. Ordering wasn’t hard, but it still felt like more clicking around than I wanted to deal with when I was already hungry. Overall though, good food and I’d probably order again

"Mostly got what I ordered"
Well... the pizza tasted good, but my order wasn’t completely right. They left off one of the toppings and gave us the wrong sauce on the side. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying since I paid extra for it. Overall, it was still okay

"My pickup order got mixed up a bit..."
My pickup order got mixed up a bit, which was annoying at first because who wants to deal with that?? But the staff were actually really nice about it and got everything fixed without making it awkward or a big hassle. I didn’t have to wait too long either, so that helped. Was it perfect?? Not really, but I appreciated how they treated me and I’d still order from them again.

"They fixed my order really quick"
Had a small mix-up with my pizza order, but honestly... they handled it fast. The staff was nice about it too, which makes a difference. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

I’ve ordered from Crenos a handful of times now, and every time the pizza shows up with plenty of toppings. Like, no random empty patches or three pieces of pepperoni pretending to be enough lol. It just feels like you’re actually getting what you paid for, which honestly... I don’t know, that matters. I’ve been really happy with it

"Really nice staff"
I had a really good experience when I went in to pick up my order. The staff greeted me right away when I walked up to the counter, which was a nice touch, especially since it was busy. They still took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The pizza was good, but the friendly service is the part I remembered most.

"As someone who’s serious about having enough..."
As someone who’s serious about having enough sauce on my pizza, I thought this was good overall. The flavor was solid and the crust was really nice, but I definitely found myself wishing there was a bit more sauce.

"Delivery was quicker than I expected!"
I ordered from Creno's Pizza the delivery got here faster than I thought it would :) The pizza was still hot when it arrived too, which was a nice surprise. I’m giving 4 stars just because the tracking was a little slow to update, but overall it was a solid order!

"I’d only do this if you really placed..."
I’d only do this if you really placed an order and went through the delivery yourself. It takes more effort than it should to remember all the details and explain what happened, so if you don’t have a real delivery experience to talk about, it’s kind of a hassle...

"The crust made it for me"
I knew I was going to like the pizza as soon as I took a bite of the crust. It wasn’t too thick, had a really nice crunch, and that’s what made the whole pizza good for me
